Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ViewingFeedback you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). ViewingFeedback is operated by ViewingFeedback Ltd ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
ViewingFeedback provides a web-based tool that allows estate and letting agents to collect structured viewing feedback from property viewers and share reports with vendors and landlords. We may update or change features of the service from time to time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@viewingfeedback.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must use the service for lawful business purposes only.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are in GBP excluding VAT where applicable. We use Stripe to process payments; your payment information is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ViewingFeedback to:
- Collect data from viewers without a lawful basis under UK GDPR
- Send unsolicited feedback requests (spam)
- Misrepresent feedback results to vendors or landlords
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where you collect viewer contact details via custom questions, you act as the data controller and are responsible for compliance with UK GDPR.
7. Intellectual property
The ViewingFeedback platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by ViewingFeedback Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g. custom templates, listing data). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewingFeedback Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to other users or the service. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
