How this generator writes a description
The tool builds three parts and stitches them together in the tone you pick: an opening line covering property type, bedrooms and area; a features paragraph grouped into interior, exterior and location details so it reads naturally rather than as a bullet list; and a closing line built to prompt a viewing or enquiry. Selecting "no onward chain" or a standout feature works it into the copy rather than tacking it on as an afterthought.
It's a first draft, not a final listing. Add exact room measurements, EPC rating, council tax band and any legally required material information before publishing to a portal — Trading Standards guidance requires these for Rightmove and Zoopla listings, and no generator can know them for you.
